Whereas I was initially involved more in the ticket ordering system itself on this site, my focus was changed to administration of broadcast emails that were sent out in whatever variations the staff needed. This included personalized messages for renewal information, as well as blanket mass marketing messages to former patrons to notify them of upcoming ticket sales information. I was also responsible for the ticket administration components of the ticket order process so that staff could add, edit and void ticket orders. Other web site needs for media, player services and other outlets have stemmed mini-websites that are set up from different domains in order to cater to specific needs as well.
