Wood Carving
- Sacred Stone Throne Concept
Completed 06/2004
It started off as an idea, trying to make a throne that would break down into a box instead of just going flat. For better or worse, here are some pictures of how the project came out. It never got fully documented, since it was more of a prototype.
- Scribe's Box
Completed 06, 2004
A gift for Hawkwood's Baronage as they went from a canton to a barony. Repurposed and redecorated silverware box became a scribe's box.
- Relief Carved, Etched, and Weathered Treasure Box
Completed 08/2002
My spin on decorating an ordinary six board box design with a Middle Eastern flare. Submitted for Baronial Birthday in 2002.
- Relief Carved and Decorated Phoenix Box
Completed 08/2002
Spiced up a little treasure box and gave it a Sacred Stone look for Baronial Birthday.
- Relief Carved and Painted Wind Chimes
Completed 08/2002
Some whimsical wind chimes for Sacred Stone's Baronial Birthday.
- Relief Carved Cricket Box
Completed 05/2002
I wasn't able to find pictures of the finished project for this one, but here's the documentation I submitted. I believe it was for a Silk Road event...
- Drunken Sailor Doll
Completed 10/2001
A hand carved doll that I made. Though I can't recall what event it was made to submit at, I do know that I gave it to my mom after!
- Nine Men's Morris Board
Completed 07/2001
I etched a game board into a cut ring from a tree that I had found. Hey, why not?
Constructive feedback is both welcome and appreciated, please let me know if I missed some pertinent information or if there's somewhere I can improve.
